Part-time Administrator - Home worker 

(fixed-term contract for 1 year)

Whitsers Pre-School Playgroup (CIO) are looking for an experienced part-time Administrator to work 10 hours per week (term time only) flexibly from home.  The role is currently funded for a fixed term contract of 1 year. All equipment and necessary training will be provided. 

The Administrator’s duties will include: 

  • Admissions

  • Invoicing: 

  • OFSTED administration

  • Payroll and HMRC 

  • Updating the Website and Facebook

  • Bill payments and cheque banking 

 

The successful candidate must have:

  • Experience working in an admin role.

  • Strong Microsoft Excel and Word skills.

  • An eye for detail.

  • The confidence and initiative to work independently.

  • Able to prioritise and meet deadlines.

  • Numerate and confident in calculating invoices, payroll etc.

 

Safeguarding the children in our care is of the highest importance to us, so any offer of employment will be subject to full DBS, Ofsted and reference checks.
